Healthspan - A Channel Islands company which has supplied me with extra stocks of the vitamins and suppliments that I already use free of charge. Taking certain suppliments has definitely benefited me. Occasionally, I still have to resort to anti-inflammatory drugs, but only under protest! My suppliments include Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCI 2000mg. Vitamin C 500mg and one-a-day Multivitamin with Iron, which is gluten and yeast free therefore suitable for vegetarians (which I am not).
